Shaleah Soliven, NEWH - Associate Designer
Shaleah contributes her 11 years of experience in designing destinations for numerous international hospitality, mixed use, casino, high-end residential, boutique hotel, and five-star place-making projects. Her background spans all phases of design with a concentration on concept, space planning, FF&E specification and drawings, and construction documentation.
A versatile and talented designer, Shaleah has devoted her abilities to projects with a wide range of clients and hotel operators, including Four Seasons, Montage, Hyatt, Hilton, Starwood, and Marriott, in addition to independent hotel owners and operators.
Prior to joining The Vanguard Theory, Shaleah led and collaborated on projects working with international firms such as Wimberly Interiors (a design studio of WATG), and Gensler’s Los Angeles office. Her work included working closely with in-house architecture, landscaping, and branding teams.
When not working, Shaleah dedicates time to leading the Hawaii regional chapter of Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH), helping connect professionals and raise scholarship money for students in the Hospitality industry.
